ReplyDeleteIt is so nice of you to teach your host family about Thai language, and to introduce them to your family. I'm sure they are very interested in your blog already!
Hi again. The girls (Rachel & Hannah) saw your pictures before school today. They loved them. Your family seems very nice. We also have a smaller family. The sugar glider is very cute, in fact, one of Hannah's friends at school has two of them. You are doing very good with your English, we are impressed. Thank you for teaching us some words, we will need some help with speaking the words. As far as what to call us. Traditionally adults may be called Mr Asplund or Mrs Asplund, but that is more formal. We are ok with Scott and Michelle. Did you see the pictures we sent? We have two cats (that live outdoors) and their names are Missy & Buddy. We have one dog named Louie. He stays inside & is a very friendly dog. Also a horse named Tessa & a rabbit named Lucky. We just heard from Hannah's teacher where you will go to school. They are excited to meet you. Take care... Scott & Michelle
ReplyDeleteDear Scott and Michelle - June will leave Bangkok on this Monday early morning, it will be long journey for her without us;-). She is strong, but a bid shy sometime. She loves pets, movies and music, and playing game on Facebook. We like her to learn and understand more about others family, getting out comfort zone, and explore the world. I need to thank you a lot in advance for your hospitality, and please feel free to let us know if anything we can do. By the way, we cannot see your pictures.
